（中央社記者廖壬楷台中24日電）中國國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱今天表示，兩岸問題如果不能解決，台灣將寸步難行，「不能矇著眼睛看南投免費線上英文 免費英文學習網 免費線上英文教學不到，不能摀著耳朵聽不到」。

洪秀柱南下彰化縣展開下鄉行程，中午前往彰化縣員林市參加南彰化挺柱團結大會，現場有南彰化17鄉鎮基層民意代表、農會、水利會代表及近2000名支持者，現場「凍蒜」聲不絕於耳。

洪秀柱表示，有人說「不要管隔壁的中國大陸，南下往東南亞發展就好」，但如果台灣要參加世界上各種經濟團體、區域整合，兩岸問題如果不能解決，台灣將寸步難行。

她說，現在的在野黨、社會氛圍遇到什麼都反，尤其現在躺在立法院的自由經濟示範區特別條例草案，對將來台灣影響相當大，但1年多來73條文僅初審1條，這就是意識形態，導致民怨四起。

洪秀柱表示，政治人物應該存好心、說好話、做好事，才能解決政黨惡鬥。有好的法律或政策，應共同研商找出解決方法，為台灣人拚一條出路才最重要。1040924
